The TSC will assist you with problems related to your personal computer. When you stop by, we will review your issue and if we cannot resolve the issue immediately and we believe we can provide support, we will ask you to leave your computer with us for further diagnosis and troubleshooting.
Our main services are the resolution of basic computer issues and the removal of malware on infected systems. We do not reinstall operating systems or other software packages, perform hardware installs or repairs, or provide tutoring on software use. For these issues, we will recommend options available in the area or online.
