There are two common settings causing this kind of issue—third-party cookies and tracking prevention.  Try the following:

  1. First, you need to enable third-party cookies in your web browser.  Follow this link for instructions specific to your preferred web browser.
  2. Second, disable tracking prevention in your web browser.  This allows Kaltura to see you as logged into Moodle.  Here are instructions for the most popular web browsers:
    • Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data > Turn off "Send a 'Do not track' request with your browsing traffic" 
    • Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Disable "prevent cross-site tracking"\
    • Edge: Settings > Privacy and services > Set "tracking prevention" to "Basic"
    • Firefox is not recommended.
  3. After you adjust the settings for your browser, close out and restart your browser, then try to access the video again.
