Previous versions of Kaltura Capture may not function correctly; please ensure you have an up to date version of the software.


If Kaltura Capture is up to date, please check the following settings:

  1. System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General > (unlock the padlock) > Choose "App Store and identified developers" > (lock the padlock)
  2. System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > (unlock the padlock) > Choose "Camera" > Check KalturaCapture (repeat this process for "Microphone" and "Screen Recording") > (lock the padlock)
