There are a few things to check it the audio and video is out of sync:
- Check the version you are using. In the Kaltura Capture library, click the information icon to see the listed version.
- If you are using a version older than 4.0.290 , uninstall the app, then go back to https://video.bellarmine.edu > Add New > Kaltura Capture, and reinstall.

Computers running Windows will auto update. Mac computers will need to manually update.
