You may be asked to provide the MAC address of your computer for troubleshooting purposes. Below are instructions for finding the MAC address for various different devices.

MacOS

  1. Click on the magnifying glass icon in the menu bar to open Spotlight.
  2. Search for Wireless Diagnostics and open the application.
  3. Click on Window in the menu bar and choose Info.
  4. Take a screenshot of that section and send it to support.
    • Screenshots can be captured by pressing the key combination Command + Shift + 3
      A PNG file will be saved to the desktop of your computer.

Windows 10

  1. Open the Start menu and click on Settings.
  2. Click on Network & Internet.
  3. On the Status screen, scroll down until you see a link called View your network properties.
  4. On the network proerties screen, scroll down until you find one called Wi-Fi or Wireless.
  5. Take a screenshot of that section and send it to support.

Chrome OS

  1. Click on the wireless icon in the bottom left corner of the screen and click on the gear icon.
  2. Click on Wi-Fi.
  3. Click on the wireless network you are connected to.
  4. Take a screenshot of the netwrks details and send it to support.
    You may have to click on Advancedto see all the details. You may also have to take multiple screenshots to capture all the data.

iOS/iPadOS

  1. Find the Settings app and open it.
  2. Tap on Wi-Fi.
  3. Tap on the Info icon next to the network you are connected to.
  4. Take a screenshot of the details and submit it to your ticket. We need to see the Wi-Fi Address and IP Address.

Android

NOTE: Your device's manufacturer may have modified the layout and text of the Settings app.

  1. Open the App drawer and tap on Settings
  2. Tap on Wi-Fi & Internet. It may also be listed as Network & Internet.
  3. Tap on Wi-Fi.
  4. Tap on the wireless network you are connected to.
  5. Take a screenshot of the network details and send it to support.
    You may have to tap on Advancedto see all the details. You may also have to take multiple screenshots to capture all the data.
