Self-Service Password Reset supports the following authentication methods.

  • Authenticator app
  • Phone number
  • Personal email address

Multi-factor authentication supports the following authentication methods. 

  • Authenticator app
  • Phone number

It's recommended to avoid dependency on a single device, like your smartphone. You may setup multiple phone numbers, like your smartphone and home phone. The authenticator app may also be setup on multiple devices, like a smartphone and tablet.
