The following steps can be used while on campus to change your password.

  1. If you are not using the Outlook app on your device and are using the native mail or calendar app, please remove your email account from all mobile devices (smartphone, tablets, etc) and restart (turn off and back on) these devices.  While it is possible change the password on these devices, our experience has shown that it is best to start fresh by re-adding the account with the new password.
  2. From your primary office computer (desktop or a docked laptop) if you have one, or from a public computer on campus if you don't, login using your current credentials.  
    • Please make sure all applications, especially email, are closed, as you will need to restart the computer when finished.
  3. Once logged in, press Ctrl + Alt + Del
  4. A list of options will appear, select Change a password
  5. Follow the prompts and enter your old password and new password as needed.
  6. You will return to the desktop once the change is complete and we highly recommend restarting the computer at this time.
  7. Re-add your mobile devices using your username and new password.

At this point, you will use the new password you just set to login to Bellarmine computers, email, One, and any other services for where you use your Bellarmine account for access. Please contact the TSC with any questions or problems.
