In order to enter an incident or make a service request, it is advised that you create a Freshservice account, which is the tool we use for tracking support requests.


Login with your Bellarmine account

The good news is that if you are already logged into One, Moodle, or your Bellarmine email account, you do not need to create a Freshservice account!  Click the SIGN IN button in the upper-right to be taken to the login page for Freshservice, and instead of entering a username and password, just click the button at the bottom labeled Login with your One Bellarmine account as shown below:


Don't have, can't access, or don't know your password to your Bellarmine account?

If you can no longer access your Bellarmine account or do not know the password to your account, you'll just need to setup a Freshservice account.  Here's how to do that:

  1. Click the SIGN UP button in the upper-right.
  2. Fill you the requested information.  A first name, mobile phone number, and an email address are required.  Please note: you should use a personal, non-Bellarmine email address, such as from Gmail or Yahoo for this account and not your Bellarmine account.
  3. Check the personal email address you entered for an email from tsc@bellarmine.freshservice.com that includes an activation link; click that link.
  4. You'll be taken to page hosted by Freshworks with a URL that begins as https://bellarmineuniversity.myfreshworks.com to complete the process of creating a password for this account.


You know have an account and can receive support.  You can submit an incident or service request now, including a ticket to get assistance with having Bellarmine password reset.
