The following article provides a basic overview on how to use the control panel in Frazier Hall. If you would like to request a technology setup in Frazier Hall, please fill out the Event Request form, as otherwise the equipment may not be present for your event.
Screen 1: Welcome screen, press anywhere to go to the next screen to login.
Screen 2: Login with code 2001.
Screen 3: Once you have entered the code to login the screen will drop and the projector will turn ON automatically and the audio will be unmuted.
Please turn OFF the system when the event is over
Troubleshooting Audio: The following images will show what muted and unmuted audio should look like on the main screen. If the audio is showing unmuted and still no sound from the Mics or computer then click on the Audio Control in the lower right corner of the main screen and make sure they are not muted there.
