Bellarmine University's Office of Information Technology uses Freshservice as our cloud-based ticketing system, which is operated by Freshworks.


We regularly update our list of user against those managed by systems on campus to make sure we have an up-to-date list of individuals who might be reaching out for support.  When an incoming student is going through the application process, they will typically first be entered using their personal email address that was used when filling out the application.  Later, once the student has been assigned a Bellarmine email address, that is changed in our systems on campus.  Once that happens, the email address gets updated in Freshservice, which cause this email to be generated.
