Any current student that is active in an academic program at Bellarmine University is provided access to an Adobe Creative Cloud account. This allows the student to make use of the Adobe Creative Cloud software installed on select computers on campus (see below).

Once a student has been flagged by the Registrar as no longer active within an academic program, such as when graduating from Bellarmine, the student will lose access to their Adobe Creative account. It is recommended that students back up any content in their Adobe account to a personal cloud service, computer, or storage hardware. The Office of Information Technology will be unable to recover any files that were not backed. Please note that graduating students also lose access to their Bellarmine OneDrive account upon leaving Bellarmine, so this service should not be used as a backup solution for these files.

The Adobe Creative Cloud suite is currently only installed on the iMacs in the following locations:

  • First floor of the W. L. Lyons Brown Library
  • Norton Art 211
  • Clayton Hall 207
