Bellarmine users can use Microsoft's Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) to recover a lost or forgotten password, but for those individuals new to Bellarmine who have not yet configured this or former community members who cannot make use of this feature, this tool cannot be used.
If you need assistance with resetting your password, you have two options:
- Enter a service request for assistance (Recommended)
- First, you will need to create an account on our Freshservice support site: How do I create a Freshservice account?
- Next, you will need to submit a Password Reset ticket.
- You can call Technology Support Center at 502-272-8301 and either speak with a member of our team or leave a voicemail.
For tickets created or voicemails left we will get back with you as soon as we can.
